Sometimes we may need the item sent back to the warehouse it came from, that’s why it is imperative that customers contact us first before returning an item. Return item costs are covered by the customer thus it is best to follow instructions from our customer service.
In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by Onlychampions. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
